Agreement

By downloading or using Pain Tracker Log ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

David McCrory ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Pain Tracker Log is a personal health logging tool and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider regarding any medical condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any:

Medical decisions made based on data logged in this App
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
Loss of data resulting from device failure, App deletion, or incorrect inputs

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Pain Tracker Log offers optional in-app purchases managed through Apple's App Store.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Health Data

All health data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or share any health or personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App is the intellectual property of David McCrory and is protected by copyright law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Apple's Standard EULA

This App is also subject to Apple's standard App Store End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
