Pain Tracker Log ("the App") is developed and operated by David McCrory ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Pain levels, stress levels, notes, or any health data you enter into the App
• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any information that could personally identify you

All data you enter into the App remains exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Data Storage

Any data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard iOS data storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not backed up to our servers (it may be included in your iCloud or iTunes backup at Apple's standard settings, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
• Can be deleted at any time by removing individual entries within the App
• Is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App

Health Data

Pain Tracker Log stores pain and stress information that you voluntarily enter. This data:

• Is stored only on your device
• Is never transmitted to us, Apple's HealthKit, or any third party
• Is never used for advertising or analytics purposes
• Is under your complete control at all times

In-App Purchases

Pain Tracker Log offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle or store any payment information. All purchase transactions are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use:

• Google Analytics
• Firebase
• Facebook SDK
• Any advertising networks
• Any crash reporting services

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Your Rights

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. You have full control over your data within the App itself — you can delete individual entries or all data by uninstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
