Agreement
By downloading or using RenewalIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
David McCrory ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Disclaimer of Warranties — Important
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
This App is not a substitute for professional financial, mortgage, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed mortgage professional or financial advisor before making any decisions about your mortgage renewal.
RenewalIQ provides mortgage estimates and comparisons for informational purposes only. Calculations performed by this App:
Are not official mortgage offers and cannot be used as the basis for any mortgage transaction
May differ from rates and terms offered by lenders, brokers, or financial institutions
Do not account for all lender-specific fees, penalties, conditions, or qualification requirements
Are based on user-entered data and publicly available rate information which may not reflect current market conditions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any:
Financial decisions made based on calculations from this App
Discrepancies between App estimates and actual mortgage offers or costs
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
Loss of data or inaccurate calculations resulting from incorrect inputs
In-App Purchases
Any in-app purchases offered by RenewalIQ are processed entirely through Apple's App Store:
Purchases are managed and fulfilled by Apple
All transactions are subject to Apple's standard terms and refund policies
Cancellation: Manage or cancel any subscriptions at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App is the intellectual property of David McCrory and is protected by copyright law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
